At Tuthill Plastics Group it all starts with customer service. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service policy. Everyone is treated like a partner.

Our on time delivery is 99% and higher to our customer’s request dates. We offer many different stocking arrangements to qualified customers: including Kanban, JIT, Pull System, MRS and automatic re-stocking.

Equipment

Our 42,000 Sq. Ft. modern facility in Clearwater, Florida is equipped with all the equipment needed to satisfy your needs. Our Novatech drying system can handle over 2,000 lbs. of material per hour. This state of the art drying equipment can maintain a constant dew point of -40 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Process

Tuthill Plastics Group has been supplying “World Class” molding since 1968. Equipped with 20 injection molding machines ranging in size from 22 to 440 ton coupled with our ISO9001 certification – We are ready to provide your company with that same high quality.

Value Added Service

In process secondary operations performed during the molding cycle are at no additional cost to the customer.

Assembly, sonic welding and continuous ink jet printing, hot stamping, annealing, pad printing, and specialized labeling are just a few of value added processes we offer. All are done in house – or with Valued suppliers under our quality control. We can also offer fluoronation, plating, and painting for interested customers.

Process Control

On board closed loop process control systems maintain the level of repeatability required for the products we manufacture. We couple this with lean manufacturing – “Tuthill Business Systems” which affords you a repeatable quality product. Quality assurance inspectors perform routine inspections making sure product conforms to customer specifications.

Close Tolerance

We specialize in close tolerance engineered components. Maintaining that level of expertise requires regularly calibrated measuring equipment in our QC Lab. Our quality assurance department has what it takes to satisfy the requirements of the Department of Defense as well as Automotive customers.

Engineering

Our engineering group works closely with product designers to insure plastic part performance. We can accept drawings from Solidworks and all programs that can transmit in Step Files.

Outbound Services (Shipping)

We offer all normal modes of shipping as a daily pick up location for UPS and Federal Express. All transit companies are on call to visit us daily. We are also centrally located to 3 major ports (Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami), which supports our global shipping. We utilize SAP as our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to support our commitments to you, the customer.
